A Shared Learning Space
For The Milling Community
CHARGE brings together milling, practitioners, thinkers, and builders to learn from real experience, explore ideas openly, and grow through collaboration.
Why CHARGE exists ?
Agribusiness is usually learned in fragments; some in classrooms, some on the job. CHARGE (Choyal Hub for Agribusiness Research, Growth & Entrepreneurship ) brings these together through courses, discussions, and real industry situations so people understand how the system actually works.
Built on decades of hands-on experience, it connects learning directly with practice across the grain value chain.

Technical Design ManagerLearning Is a Culture, Not a Classroom
CHARGE exists because meaningful learning doesn’t happen in isolation. It grows through dialogue, reflection, and people willing to share what they know — and what they’re still figuring out.
How do I participate at CHARGE?
You can join sessions, observe discussions, take part in field-led learning, or simply listen and learn at your own pace. Participation is flexible — learning happens in many ways here.
.
Is CHARGE only for professionals?
No. CHARGE is for anyone serious about understanding the work — students, practitioners, founders, operators, and lifelong learners. What matters is curiosity, not titles.
Is this a one-time program or course?
Learning at CHARGE is ongoing. You’re not enrolling in a fixed course — you’re joining a shared learning space that evolves over time.
Do I need prior experience to join?
Not necessarily. Some conversations are advanced, others are exploratory. You’re free to observe, ask questions, and grow into deeper participation as you go
What makes CHARGE different from a typical training institute?
CHARGE is built around exchange, not instruction. Learning comes from real experiences, open conversations, and people who are actively doing the work — not from rigid syllabi.
Are sessions theoretical or practical?
Most learning at CHARGE is rooted in practice. Discussions often begin with real situations, challenges, and decisions from the field, and theory emerges naturally from those experiences.
Is CHARGE focused only on milling?
While milling is a core focus, CHARGE also explores the wider agribusiness ecosystem — operations, strategy, technology, people, and long-term thinking around food systems.
